Nikki is an ordained minister. She is licensed to perform legal marriage ceremonies anywhere in the Province of Ontario, for couples of every faith, every background, and for every love story. No exceptions.
A ceremony is not the start of your
It is the moment you stand inside it and say, out loud, and in front of everyone you love: this is real, this is chosen, and this is where we begin.
That moment deserves more than a script pulled from the internet. It deserves someone who listened, who asked the right questions, and who stood with you at the altar understanding exactly who the two of you are and how you got here.
That is the intention of every ceremony Nikki composed and officiates.

What to Expect
Every couple who works with Nikki begins with a real, live conversation. You will talk about how you met, what matters to you, what you want the people in that room to feel, and what kind of ceremony reflects your truth. From there, every word is written with intention.
Your ceremony will be co-created with you and pre-approved before your wedding day. There are no surprises. What you review in advance and hear during the rehearsal is what your guests will hear when it counts.
Nikki arrives a half hour before your ceremony, organizes your wedding party, keeps the moment calm and grounded, and handles every piece of your legal paperwork, returning it to the Province by registered mail within 48 hours.
You bring your valid Marriage License and two adult witnesses. Nikki brings everything else.
*If Nikki is unavailable on your date, you will never be left without support. She will personally connect you with a trusted officiant who will care for your day just as she would.
Wedding Ceremonies
All ceremonies include a custom script, legal documentation, and Nikki's full presence and preparation. All services are prepaid and a 50% non-refundable retainer secures your date.

Gather your inner circle. This intimate ceremony is for couples who want their closest people present with a simple ceremony. It is perfectly suited to couples celebrating on location at a favourite spot. Personal, warm, and exactly the right size for what you are celebrating.

Your unique love story, told well. Nikki gets to know you, sends you a ceremony and vow template with resources, and works with you to weave your legal and personal elements into something customized, that sounds unmistakably like you.

An Incredible Celebration
From $750
This is the full experience. Nikki prepares a fully customized ceremony and includes anything you wish to honour: blended families, cultural traditions, spiritual or religious elements, unity ceremonies, the honouring of seniors or ancestors, and more. A walkthrough or rehearsal with your wedding party is included. Your guests will leave grateful they were there.

The Extras
Every couple is different and some moments call for a little more. The following are available to add to any package.
Nikki welcomes destination ceremonies and is available to travel in July and August. Details are discussed individually.
Rehearsals
An in-person rehearsal is available at $125 per 30 minutes. A virtual Marriage Preparation conversation is available at $100 per hour, for couples who want to begin their marriage with intention before their wedding day arrives. Nikki can also arrange witnesses for your ceremony with advance notice.
Ceremony additions
Ceremony additions can include a unity candle, sand ceremony, hand-fasting, breaking of the glass, jumping the broom, cord, veil or coins ceremony, ring warming, honouring of parents or ancestors, blended family inclusions, and many other cultural, religious, or spiritual traditions.
The small print:
In-person rehearsals, weddings beyond 60km, and parking or venue costs for Nikki's travel to your ceremony or rehearsal, are charged as additional.

Your vows are the most personal words of your wedding day, and many couples find them the hardest to write. If you would like support crafting something that truly sounds like you, the Vow Vault is available to guide you through the process. It is a personalized, conversation-based tool that helps you find the words for the moment that matters most. Once you have access, you can also use it to write a love letter for a first look or any other milestone you want to honour in writing.

Nikki is based in the Greater Toronto Area and serves couples across a wide reach of Southern Ontario, including Toronto, Scarborough, North York, Vaughan, Markham, Unionville, Richmond Hill, Newmarket, Aurora, King City, Oshawa, Whitby, Ajax, Pickering, Uxbridge, Peterborough, Cobourg, and the surrounding communities of Durham Region and York Region.
